Enlight Hospice is seeking a full-time Hospice Clinical Relations & Growth Specialist to join our growing, locally owned, innovative, and lighthearted team serving the Greater Richmond area.
This position is ideal for a hospital social worker, case manager, discharge planner, clinical liaison, healthcare marketer, or relationship-driven professional ready to transition into a community growth and business development role.
Job Summary
The Hospice Clinical Relations & Growth Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships throughout the assigned territory.
This role works closely with hospitals, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Educating healthcare partners about hospice services
- Building trusted professional relationships
- Developing new community and healthcare partnerships
- Supporting appropriate hospice referrals
- Conducting outreach, presentations, and networking activities
- Collaborating with the intake and clinical teams
- Meeting territory growth and relationship-development goals
This is a healthcare marketing and business development position and does not involve patient case management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- At least two years of provider relations, case management, healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach experience preferred
- Strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Greater Richmond area are highly preferred
- Hospice, home health, hospital, senior living, or post-acute care experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organization and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Experience
- Provider relations, business development, case management, healthcare marketing, or community outreach: 1-2 years preferred
License/Certification
- Driver’s license required

- On the road throughout the Greater Richmond area
